Chief Executive Officer: Melodie Potts-Rosevear email
Melodie Potts Rosevear is the CEO of Teach For Australia and is responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations. She has been involved with the program since its earliest conception and wrote the original business plan for the organisation while completing her Masters studies at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Melodie has worked as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and as Think Tank Co-ordinator for the Cape York Institute.

Organisational Strategy
Director: Sek-loong Tan email
Sek is responsible for managing and directing Teach For Australia's organisational development and strategic positioning. Sek previously worked with the Boston Consulting Group for several years as a management consultant based out of BCG's London office. He has a Bachelors and Masters in Control Engineering from Cambridge University, including one year of studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Sek is also Chair of the Board of Left Right Think Tank.
Human Resouces Manager: Jacinta Foley email
Jacinta is primarily responsible for internal hiring/recruitment for Teach For Australia and enabling the effective management of people within the team. As part of the Organisational Strategy team, the HR Manager also contributes to the organisational alignment, strategy and governance. Jacinta is a post-graduate degree qualified HR professional with over ten years experience as an HR consultant (both internal and external).
Strategy Advisor: Natasha Rees email
Natasha currently project manages the Teach For Australia Training and Leadership program working closely with the Melbourne Graduate School of Education. Before joining Teach For Australia she worked for the Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte and Gaze Burt Lawyers. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hon.) and a Bachelor of Commerce (International Business).
Recruitment
Director: Eleanor Donovan email
Eleanor is responsible for the direction of recruitment, selection and placement of Associates and for overseeing the development and management of relationships with Associates and schools. Prior to joining Teach for Australia, Eleanor was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and she also has experience as the Scholarship Coordinator at Bond University. Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Bond University, with Honours in IT at Australian National University.
Graduate Recruitment Manager: Adam Buxton email
Adam manages the graduate recruitment process, which involves developing the selection criteria and process and looking after associated external corporate relationships. Adam was previously the Graduate Recruitment Manager at KPMG and has significant experience in Graduate Recruitment in both Australia and the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Business.
Manager, Talent & Attraction
Managers are responsible for identifying, attracting and selecting outstanding graduates and young professionals to become Teach For Australia Associates and for building awareness of Teach For Australia on university campuses
Lauren Evans email
Lauren has a diverse recruitment background from several years experience at Credit Suisse in the UK and ABN AMRO in The Netherlands. Prior to this she held National Director positions for AIESEC in Australia and Sweden. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Management and Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Australia.
Training & Leadership
Director: Dr Mathew White email
Mathew is responsible for overseeing the program to be delivered to Associates over the two year period, from conception to execution. This includes working closely with the University of Melbourne on the academic coursework and developing the Teach For Australia components. Mathew holds a PhD in Education, a Master of Educational Studies and a Grad Dip in Education from the University of Adelaide. He has extensive experience developing coursework for teacher training within Australia and the Asia-Pacific Region, most recently with respect to Positive Psychology. He is also a fellow in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education.
Training & Leadership Manager: Arthur Josephson email
Arthur is responsible for the content of the program to be delivered to Associates, which includes Teach for Australia's elements and liaising with the University of Melbourne on the academic coursework. Arthur has extensive leadership development experience, having directed leadersip conferences, working for ABN AMRO and as a Director of AIESEC International. He holds a Bachelor of Medical Science.
External Relations
Director: Brad Kitschke email
Brad is responsible for government relations and Teach for Australia's media & communications. Prior to joining, Brad was employed as a Ministerial Advisor in the South Australian Government in various portfolios, most recently as an Advisor to the South Australian Attorney-General. Brad has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Adelaide University and is completing a Law Degree part-time.
Operations
Director: Paul Hollingbery email
Paul is responsible for overseeing Teach For Australia's finances and operations, including budgets, building, infrastructure, IT, telecommunications and organisation. Paul has an extensive background in engineering project management, particularly in the Theatre Industry. He holds a degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.
Operations & Finance Officer: Jodi Bell email
Jodi manages the Teach for Australia office, including staff payroll and expenses, suppliers and vendors, policy development and implementation, along with support on an operational level. Jodi previously worked as Office Manager at one of Australia's largest fast moving consumer goods companies and has over 20 years experience in office management and operations.
Country Relations - Teach For All
Emily Preston email
Emily is a Teach For All staff member, seconded to Teach For Australia as part of the global network's commitment to support the organisation's growth and accelerate the program's impact. Emily was a member of the UK's Teach First's inaugural cohort in 2003, is a fully qualified teacher in the UK and has since worked on the development of business education links. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Languages and Linguistics from York University.
